Harold “H.B.” Bell utilizes his multi-faceted marketing and promotion skills to generate resources and visibility for non-profit organizations, small businesses, and faith-based groups. In 2019 H.B. joined Urban Technology Academy as Director of Development to implement Information
Technology programs to disenfranchised communities. Harold is CEO/Co-founder of the non-profit literacy organization; Community R.U.L.E and President/CEO of Radionext.tv. Mr. Bell previously owned and operated Aristocrat Limousine (1989-1998) and 5 Star Limo (1998-2002)
before concentrating on raising resources for grass root organizations. In 2007 the Community (RULE) Reading, Understanding, Learning, and Education nonprofit was created to manifest the “All Community All the Time” motto that H.B. lives for.
Mr. Bell is active and serves on several boards, facilitates community programming initiatives, and initiates numerous sustained awareness and messaging campaigns. Harold produces, engineers, and creates topic specific programs on www.radio-next.tv., and for the last 11 years has hosted a live talk/jazz internet broadcast, The JumboLove Show. If that was not enough, Harold published his first book, Wordspirations; ‘This Love Song Called Life”(2010), Mr. Bell returned to college after a 34-year hiatus and graduated from IUPUI with honors with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts(2014). H.B. was also selected as the 2013 Martin Luther King academic award winner, named 2016-2017 Senior Citizen King, 2017 Most
Popular Senior, 2017 Social Media Personality of the year, 2017 Trail Blazer Award for Internet Radio, 2021 Majestic Award for Community Service and most recently CICOA Aging and In Home Solutions 2022 Collaborator of the Year Award. Harold also finds the time to provide in home behavior therapy to children with Autism.
