Fifty life-sized Hot Wheels cars took over the parking lot at the Walmart Supercenter on Emerson Avenue on Saturday.

"The Spot" is a new community resource center located inside the former Francis Bellamy School 102.

The fair will run from Friday, Aug. 2 through Sunday, Aug. 18, and will be closed on Mondays.

The pilot program is called NO Limits to Recovery.
