Schonda Davis is a Licensed Social Worker who is originally from Indianapolis, but who has also lived in Germany and California. She loves spending time with her family and friends, listening to music, gardening, and learning new things. After spending years in hospitality management, she decided to go back to school to pursue something always dear to her heart, helping people. Schonda earned a master’s in social work degree and her first level social work license. She is currently pursuing a clinical level social work license, with a goal of establishing a therapy practice. Schonda is passionate about Dementia education, supporting and educating caregivers, working with older adults and empowering women. She spends part of her time as a volunteer community educator for the Alzheimer’s Association. Recently, she ventured into writing, and now anticipates the publishing of two books of poetry in 2023.
